When it comes to risks,
let's not end up on overload.
Please keep everyone out of harm's way by safeguarding each work area and planning for every possible hazard.
Assume the worst. Imagine, in this situation, if a worker had been standing right next to the truck!
Inspect all tools and other equipment carefully, and make sure you have the right ones for the job.
Wear all appropriate safety gear. Is safety eyewear required? Hearing protection? Safety shoes? Any other PPE?
Post warning signs or other devices to keep others out of a potentially hazardous area - and make sure they do.
Be certain that anyone involved in the job - equipment operators as well as supervisors and all other workers - are communicating clearly and using suitable devices.
