In a rug and put a smile on everyones mug!

Sometimes we get so stressed out that we forget whats important family members, cherished friends, and our relationships with them. We figure that theyll understand if we get upset or angry, or storm off, or withdraw, or go pound sand, or take out our frustrations in other ways.

Wouldnt it be better to draw closer to one another (on bad days, too!), put things in a more positive perspective, and reduce our own level of anxiety? After all, study after study has found that social ties and a strong support group are vital to stress reduction and can even lower blood pressure and the risk of other diseases.
